These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the dStake platform (the “Platform”), including its affiliate program, decentralized exchange, DIAM wallet, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”). “You” and “your” refer to the individual or entity using the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Services Overview

1.1 Platform Features

dStake provides a secure, quantum-resistant blockchain platform enabling users to buy, trade, stake DIAM tokens, and participate in our affiliate commission program.

1.2 Affiliate Program

Creators earn recurring commissions by referring new users who purchase DIAM tokens. Full program details and requirements are provided during registration and in the affiliate dashboard.

1.3 Wallets

Use of the DIAM Wallet to interact with the blockchain is required for many Services. You are solely responsible for securing your private keys and access credentials.

1.4 Updates

We reserve the right to modify or improve the Platform and Services at any time. Your continued use indicates acceptance of such updates.

2. Eligibility

To use dStake Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old;
• Comply with all local laws, including restrictions related to cryptocurrencies;
• Not be located in or affiliated with jurisdictions restricted by UAE law or international sanctions;
• Represent that you have necessary authority if acting on behalf of an entity.

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Do not share referral links or account access with unauthorized parties.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful activities or fraudulent conduct;
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere, or misuse the Services;
• Circumvent security features, client-side controls, or monitoring tools;
• Make false or misleading claims in affiliate promotions;
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, software, and design belong to dStake or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except for a limited license to use the Platform as intended.

6. Fees & Payments

• Services may involve blockchain network fees or transaction gas fees, billed by third parties and non-refundable.
• Affiliate commissions are paid in DIAM tokens per the program terms.
• You agree to pay fees associated with token swaps, staking, and other decentralized finance activities.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• dStake does not guarantee transaction completion, token prices, or uptime
• You accept risks associated with blockchain transactions, including loss of assets, hacking, or regulatory changes.
• Maximum liability is limited to $100 USD or to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold dStake, affiliates, and their team harmless from claims related to your misuse, violations of these Terms, or affiliate fraud activities.

9. Privacy & Data

Your data will be collected and processed in accordance with our updated Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described above.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to this service for violations of these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice. Surviving provisions include intellectual property, indemnity, and limitation of liability sections.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by UAE law.
• Disputes will be resolved by arbitration, excluding class actions, with an option to opt out.
• Both parties agree to attempt informal dispute resolution prior to arbitration.

12. Force Majeure

dStake is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or government actions.
